Poplast specialised in the flexographic printing and rotogravure printing, in the laminating and cutting processes. In November 2016 EOS IM acquired Poplast to strengthen its competitive positioning through internal growth, both in Italy and abroad, and through acquisitions (Sala and FM Plastic ) to complete the product positioning and expand into international markets. In 2019 EOS sold its stake in Poplast to a financial player.
