Diversity, equity and inclusion (“DE&I”) are at the core of the identity of EOS Investment Management Ltd (“EOS IM” or the “Firm”) his employees and the wider EOS IM group’ employees (“EOS IM Group”), the way we operate and how we embrace our values. This statement (the “Statement”) sets out our approach to equal opportunities and the zero tolerance of discrimination in the workplace. This approach applies to all aspects and stages of employment with us, including recruitment, pay and conditions, training, appraisals, promotion, conduct at work, handling disciplinary and grievance matters should they arise, and departures from employment. Our approach is designed to foster a strong culture and develop this amongst staff members. By following DE&I principles, the firms within the EOS IM Group aim to also benefit, by support their attraction to the best talent across a broad spectrum of individuals. The approach thus helping us continue to provide a professional service to our clients, building a strong and transparent relationships with investors and other stakeholders. Such stakeholders expect the Firm to operate within an appropriate culture that ensures both returns from adherence to and trust in the DE&I principles, as well as returns in commercial terms. The purpose of this Statement, which forms part of the overall framework established by the firms in the EOS IM Group (supported by policies applied by the firms) is designed to make us (i) a successful and ethical business, and (ii) operates a culture and working environment that promotes opportunity, leadership and respect, believing in enhancing performance through the power of different perspectives.
We are committed to treating all staff and applicants for employment in a non-discriminatory manner.
