Nero Nobile is a manufacturer of coffee capsules. In October 2018 EOS IM acquired Nero Nobile to expand the product portfolio, in particular compatible capsules for both open and closed systems, and to take advantage of the growth trend of the Italian coffee capsule market abroad.

In late 2019 EOS IM sold its stake in Nero Nobile to an entrepreneur in the context of broader sector consolidation process.
